The vision
I am not just writing a book—I am starting a movement. For too long, society has misunderstood food addiction, labeling it as a lack of willpower instead of what it truly is: a hijacking of the brain, fueled by industries that profit from people’s struggles.
My book is raw, personal, and transformative. It tells the truth that so many are afraid to say out loud: this is not your fault. This is not about weakness. This is about a system designed to keep people trapped, and it’s time to break free.
But this is bigger than just a book. This is the beginning of a conversation that will change the way we view addiction, health, and recovery. This is about shifting mindsets, creating awareness, and making sure the world sees what’s really happening behind closed doors.
I am stepping into a space that has been waiting for someone to challenge the norm. I am here to create impact, to bring attention to a topic that has been ignored for too long, and to build a platform that will reach beyond borders.
This is just the beginning. The world is about to wake up.
The voice of transformation
We need your voice. After reading my book, I want to hear your naked truth. Send your story to jennifer@jwol.se.
The more people who stand up and say, "Food and sugar are my drug," the harder it will be for society to dismiss us. This is our moment. This is our #MeToo movement for food addiction. This is the truth—unfiltered, undeniable, and ready to change the world.
The attention and every dollar earned from my book will be to create a fundresearch hub for groundbreaking studies on sugar and food addiction. I will unite leading experts to conduct independent research—forcing the world to recognize it as a real addiction.

You are not alone

Worthy & Free
You are unique. You are valuable. You are worthy of recovery.
It doesn’t matter what society has told you. It doesn’t matter how many times you have tried and stumbled. It doesn’t matter if you are doubting yourself right now. None of that defines you. You are not weak—you are stronger than you realize. You are not alone—you belong in this movement. You are not doomed to live in this struggle forever—recovery is possible.
I see you. I believe in you. And I will keep fighting for you. Because we deserve a life where we are free. And you—you deserve everything.
Together, we are creating a revolution.
